Subject of the Terms
These Terms govern the use of the Platform provided by the Company. The Platform enables Users - specifically Uploaders and Downloaders - to engage in secure, encrypted content distribution through time-limited download links. The Company acts as a neutral technical intermediary between the Uploader and the Downloader, facilitating the encrypted upload, storage, access, and download of digital content such as files, messages, or media.
The core functionalities of the Platform include:
- Encrypted uploading of digital content by Uploaders;
- Automated generation of one-time access links valid for a defined time period;
- Secure and private content delivery to Downloaders who purchase or access the links;
- Automated content deletion after the expiration of the access period or after first use;
- Optional monetization of uploaded content by Uploaders through integrated payment channels.
By entering into this Agreement, the User acknowledges that:
The Company does not access or moderate unencrypted content due to end-to-end encryption mechanisms.
The Company is not a party to the transaction between Uploader and Downloader and acts solely as a provider of technical infrastructure and payment routing (where applicable).
The Company charges a Platform Service fee for transactions, which may include processing fees and commission as detailed in these Terms.
These Terms apply to all functionalities and Services provided by the Platform, regardless of the device or medium through which it is accessed.
Service Flow for Uploaders and Downloaders
The Platform operates as a zero‑knowledge, end‑to‑end encrypted content delivery Service. All encryption is performed locally in the User's browser, and the Company never has access to unencrypted content or decryption keys. There is no registration, no logging, and no analytics. The Service works entirely through the creation and exchange of unique, one‑time access links.
An Uploader starts by visiting the Platform and creating a secure message or uploading a file within the maximum size limit - 200 MB per free message and 2 GB per monetized message, in different supported formats. An optional passphrase can be added to provide additional security, ensuring that even if the link is intercepted, it cannot be opened without the passphrase. Once the message or file is prepared, it is encrypted in the Uploader's browser using AES‑256 encryption. The encryption key is derived from several components: server_secret + client_secret + password (optional). The server stores only the encrypted container and the server_secret, while the client_secret remains in the link fragment (#) and never reaches the server. The Platform provides the Uploader with a unique one‑time link, which can be shared with recipients through any preferred channel, such as E-mail, messaging applications, or other private means.
If the content is monetized, the Uploader sets a price and payments are processed by Our on-ramp partner. Supported methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (availability depends on region and device). Cards are charged in USD or EUR; currency conversion, issuer limits, and KYC may apply. The server stores a payment state and releases the server_secret only after payment is confirmed.
The encrypted content remains on the Platform until it is accessed once, deleted via a removal link (if not yet opened), or until the predefined time-to-live period expires.
A Downloader receives the one‑time link from the Uploader. If the content is paid, the Downloader completes the payment using the supported payment methods before being granted access. When the link is opened, the server verifies the payment status. If paid, it releases the server_secret together with the encrypted container. The Downloader then combines server_secret + client_secret (+ password, if set) to derive the decryption key. Decryption takes place entirely within the Downloader's browser. The Downloader can view or download the content only once, unless otherwise configured by the Uploader. Once accessed or after expiry of the time‑to‑live period - depending on the settings selected by the Uploader - the link becomes invalid and the encrypted content is irreversibly deleted from the Platform's servers. The Company cannot restore deleted content, recover lost passphrases, or reissue expired links.
All encrypted data is permanently removed either after first access, after the expiration of the storage period, or by using the removal link provided to the Uploader.
For enhanced security, users are strongly encouraged to send the message link and the password (or passphrase) via different communication channels — for example, the link by messenger and the password by E-mail or another chat.
When sharing short-lived or sensitive messages, it is advisable to set a password before creating the link. This additional protection helps ensure that only the intended recipient can decrypt the message contents.
We use indirect links. They look like normal image links, but if the message is still active, they securely redirect to Our main Website. If not, they just show a random picture. So, Your history stays clean.
How does it works?
| Send | Receive |
|---|---|
| 1. Enter message | 1. Open the secure link |
| 2. Upload file (optional) | 2. Connect wallet (optional) |
| 3. Set password (only You know it) | 3. Pay to unlock (if required) |
| 4. Choose parameters | 4. Enter password |
| 5. Generate link and share it | 5. Read or download the message |
How do free messages work ?
A free message is an encrypted message You can send with just a link. The recipient does not need an account or login. Everything needed to decrypt the content is contained in the link itself, plus optional password protection if You want more security.
You can read more via the link - how-free-messages-work.pdf.
How do monetized massages work ?
A monetized message is an encrypted message that can only be unlocked after the recipient has completed a payment. Like free messages, the server itself cannot read the content. Decryption happens only in the recipient's browser after payment verification.
So, a monetized message works like a locked box that the server will only hand over the final key to after payment is confirmed. Without payment, the key never leaves the server, and the message stays fully encrypted.
We support the most popular Web3 wallets — MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Rainbow, Trust Wallet, WalletConnect - and 100+ others. If Your wallet supports WalletConnect, You can use it with Our Services.
You can read more via the link - how-paid-messages-work.pdf.
We never store Your decryption key. That's the magic. The key lives only in Your link, mixed with: random browser data; Your mouse/keyboard/touchpad moves (like a digital fingerprint!); Your passphrase (if You set one).
The message arrives fully encrypted, and the key only appears when You open the link. Wuala! Message unlocked.
Our server does not have the technical capability to access User information.
Base network
To use Our Service on the Base network, You will need two types of tokens:
- 1. ETH (Base ETH) - This is the native token of the Base network, required to pay transaction (gas) fees.
- 2. USDC (token contract) - This is a stablecoin used for payments and transactions within Our Platform on the Base network.
Part 1. How to Buy ETH on the Base Network?
ETH on the Base network is the same Ether, but on the Base chain. If Your exchange does not support direct ETH withdrawal to Base, please follow the instructions below:
1.1. Buy Regular ETH (Ethereum Mainnet):
- Register on a crypto exchange: Binance, Bybit, OKX, KuCoin, or another.
- Top up Your balance (via card using P2P, or bank transfer).
- Buy ETH (Ethereum).
1.2. Transfer ETH to the Base Network
You need to bridge ETH from the Ethereum Mainnet to the Base network. Use the official Base Bridge or alternatives.
Step-by-step:
- Install a crypto wallet (e.g., MetaMask).
- Add the Base network to MetaMask (via Chainlist).
- Withdraw ETH from the exchange to Your MetaMask (Ethereum Mainnet).
- Go to Base Bridge.
- Connect Your MetaMask wallet.
- Specify the amount of ETH to transfer from Ethereum Mainnet to Base and confirm the transaction.

Rights and Responsibilities of Uploaders and Downloaders
By uploading content to the Platform, each Uploader confirms that they either own all necessary rights to the content or have lawfully obtained the permissions or licenses required for its use, distribution, or sale. The Company does not verify the legality or origin of uploaded content, and all responsibility for compliance with intellectual property rights, data protection laws, and other applicable regulations rests solely with the Uploader.
Uploading or distributing content that is unlawful, harmful, or otherwise prohibited under these Terms or applicable law is strictly forbidden. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, child sexual abuse material, obscene or excessively violent content, material that incites hatred, terrorism, or violence, non-consensual pornography, malware, spyware, or any content that infringes upon the rights of others or violates privacy laws. The Platform must not be used for criminal, deceptive, or fraudulent activity, including but not limited to money laundering or the distribution of malicious software.
Due to the use of end-to-end encryption, the Company does not monitor or access unencrypted content uploaded by Uploaders prior to its delivery to Downloaders. Uploaders acknowledge and accept all risks associated with uploading and distributing content, including potential legal liability or lack of financial return.
Uploaders retain all copyright and proprietary rights to their content. However, by uploading content to the Platform, the Uploader grants the Company a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, cache, transmit, display, and deliver the encrypted version of the content solely for the purposes of providing the Platform's Services and facilitating Downloader access. This license also includes the right to use encrypted files in marketing or promotional materials related to the Platform. The license will automatically terminate once the content is permanently deleted from the Platform's infrastructure. The Company does not claim any further rights to the content beyond those required to operate the Platform.
Downloaders who purchase access to content through the Platform receive a personal, non-transferable, time-limited license to decrypt and view or download the content for private use only. This license does not grant ownership or any additional rights in the content. Downloaders are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, reselling, or publicly displaying the content, or from sharing access with any third party.
Each download link is valid for a single access and remains active for a limited time from the date of purchase, shown on the screen of each purchased message. After the content is accessed once or the access window expires - whichever occurs first - the link will expire and the encrypted data will be irreversibly deleted from the Platform's servers.
Downloaders are responsible for ensuring that content is accessed or downloaded within the availability window. The Company is not obligated to provide re-access or refunds for missed downloads, except in cases where a technical fault of the Platform is verified.
Downloaders acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for verifying the correctness of token contract addresses, selected blockchain networks, wallet destinations, and transaction parameters prior to initiating any blockchain transaction related to the purchase or access of content, and that the Company shall not be liable for any transactions executed to an incorrect, incompatible, or fraudulent address or network.
Payments and Fees
The Platform enables Uploaders to monetize encrypted content by receiving payments from Downloaders in exchange for time‑limited access. Payments are processed by Our on-ramp partner. Supported methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (availability depends on region and device). Cards are charged in USD or EUR, and standard verification (including KYC), issuer limits, and regional restrictions may apply. The Company does not operate as a financial institution and does not directly hold or manage User funds. All payments are subject to the terms of the relevant payment service provider. The server maintains a payment state and releases the server_secret only after the payment is confirmed, enabling decryption of the message.
Most features are free. Monetized messages carry a small extra fee (%).When a Downloader makes a purchase, the on-ramp partner Wert.io processes the card transaction and deducts its processing fee. The Platform applies its own small service fee (%), as stated above. The applicable fees and conversion process may vary depending on the payment provider's policies and market conditions, and may be updated by the Company from time to time.
The Company will notify both the Uploader and the Downloader of the amount of all applicable fees and payments on Our Website.
Downloaders are responsible for downloading purchased content within the specified access window. Refunds are not provided for missed downloads, User error, or dissatisfaction with the content, unless a verified technical fault is confirmed on the Platform. Any payment disputes must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the transaction. The Company is not responsible for chargebacks, or losses arising from third‑party payment processor actions.
Token Approvals and Gas Fees
When paying with ERC-20 tokens, some wallets and smart contracts may require two separate blockchain transactions:
- an approval (allowance) transaction, which authorizes the contract to spend a limited amount of tokens on the user's behalf, and
- the payment transaction itself.
The Company shall not be responsible for losses resulting from the User sending tokens to an incompatible network, incorrect token contract, unsupported chain, or without the use of a bridge where required. Cross-chain transfers, swaps and bridging operations are entirely performed at the User's own risk.
Each transaction incurs a network ("gas") fee, which is paid directly to the blockchain validators and cannot be refunded by the Service. Users remain responsible for managing their wallet allowances and may revoke previously granted approvals at any time through their wallet interface. Gas fees fluctuate depending on network congestion, and the Service has no control over gas pricing or blockchain processing times.
Third-Party On-Ramps, Bridges, DEX and Fiat Payment Providers
The Platform may enable or reference the use of independent third-party services, including but not limited to cryptocurrency on-ramps, blockchain bridges, DEX, payment gateways, card processors, and other fiat or digital asset conversion providers (collectively - "Third-Party Providers").
Such services may be used by Users for the purpose of
- purchasing network-native tokens for gas fees,
- acquiring stablecoins or other digital assets,
- performing token swaps or conversions, or
- transferring assets between blockchain networks, as further described in the User guidance materials and FAQs published on the Platform.
Suspension and Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's access to the Platform only in relation to Users who have an Account.
The Company may suspend or terminate the Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably suspects that the User has violated these Terms, applicable law, or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity. This includes but is not limited to: repeated infringement of intellectual property rights, circumvention of encryption or access controls, dissemination of prohibited content.
Suspension may be temporary or permanent, and may result in the blocking of associated download links, etc. In cases of termination for cause, the Company is under no obligation to provide notice or disclose the grounds for termination if such disclosure would jeopardize ongoing investigations or legal compliance.
The User waives any claim for compensation resulting from enforcement actions.
Platform Access, Availability and Changes
The Company endeavors to ensure that the Platform is accessible and functional on a continuous basis. However, the User acknowledges that uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform cannot be guaranteed. The Platform may be subject to temporary disruptions, maintenance, upgrades, or modifications without prior notice, including unscheduled outages due to technical failures, cyber incidents, or force majeure events.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Platform at any time, including User interface, storage capabilities, pricing structure, supported payment methods, or access protocols. Such changes may be made for technical, legal, regulatory, or commercial reasons and may be implemented without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
The User acknowledges that the Company is not liable for any damages, losses, or inconvenience resulting from Platform unavailability, delays, or modifications, unless such unavailability is caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct on the part of the Company.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their devices, software, internet connection, and browser settings are compatible with the Platform's technical requirements. The Company does not guarantee that the Platform will operate on all devices or operating systems.
The Company may restrict or suspend access to the Platform in specific regions or jurisdictions if required by applicable law, regulatory obligations, or sanctions regimes. It is the User's responsibility to ensure that access and use of the Platform are lawful under their local laws.
Intellectual Property and Content Licenses
All intellectual property rights in and to the Content uploaded by Uploaders via the Platform remain the sole property of the respective Uploader. By uploading Content, the Uploader affirms that they possess all necessary rights, licenses, and authorizations to use, distribute, and monetize such Content and that such use does not infringe any third-party rights. The Company does not claim ownership over any Content and does not access or decrypt it at any stage due to the end-to-end encryption mechanism. However, the Uploader grants the Company a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable, worldwide license to store, cache, transmit, and deliver the encrypted version of the Content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform and providing technical access to Downloaders. This license is strictly limited to encrypted files and terminates automatically upon their permanent deletion from the Platform's servers.
All rights in and to the Platform itself, including its software, design, trademarks, domain names, and proprietary components, are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. Users may not copy, use, distribute, or modify any part of the Platform or its branding without prior written authorization. If any User or third party believes that Content made available through the Platform infringes their intellectual property rights, they may submit a written notice identifying the allegedly infringing material, the legal basis of the claim, and sufficient evidence. The Company reserves the right to promptly remove or disable access to the reported Content.
Privacy and Data Protection
The Company is committed to ensuring the highest level of privacy for all Users and operates in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), the Data Protection Act, 2021 of the British Virgin Islands ("BVI DPA"), and other applicable privacy laws. The Platform is designed to minimize the collection and processing of personal data and functions primarily as a non‑custodial, encrypted content delivery service.
The Platform does not log IP addresses, set tracking cookies, or use analytics tools to monitor User activity. No persistent identifiers are created for Users who access or use the Service.

Banking information used for payments made through the Platform, as well as data, is not collected, processed, or stored by Us, and We do not have access to such data. You can connect Your WEB3 wallet to conduct all transactions.
Exceptionally, when a User pays via fiat currency (e.g., by card), the Platform may collect and retain the User's E-mail address and create an associated Account for the purpose of managing access to paid content and ensuring payment confirmation.
For more information on how the Platform operates, processes minimal necessary data, and safeguards User privacy, Users should review Our Privacy Policy.
